Shipping Policy When your order is complete, we will post your shipping total on your web order, along with your tracking number from FedEx. Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause, but the glass rods are not a uniform weight. We also have the convenience of emailing your invoice if you would like, which also contains your total purchase price, ship total and FedEx tracking number. If at anytime you would like a quote on shipping, please feel free to give us a call. If you are in a rush for your Gaffer Glass, please call for a quote difference between shipping FedEx Ground vs. FedEx Express Saver (3-day). At times, depending on the weight of the package, it is just a few dollars more. For our Canadian customers we prefer to use USPS, although we can use FedEx if you prefer. For all International: our customer is responsible for all brokerage fees, duty and GST taxes. Please be aware that when you receive a shipping quote from Gaffer, these fees are NOT included.
